Our Philosophy
The Jade Child Development Center mission is to provide the families in our community affordable, high quality childcare. We are dedicated to providing each child with an individualized, developmentally appropriate program so that they can grow and develop at their own unique pace. Our caring, nurturing environment helps to foster each child’s social and emotional development. Our play- based curriculum emphasizes the importance or discovery, creativity, and exploration, enabling children to grow cognitively and physically. W e strive to provide our diverse staff with opportunities for continued professional growth and a respectful work environment. Our goal is to provide a program that will enhance our families support networks. Priority is set on communication between caregivers and families to partner in a strong family-friendly relationship.
